Agreeing to these terms

Tabler ("we", "us") provides the link-analysis service at tabler.ai. By creating an account or using Tabler you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Tabler for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf, and "you" includes that organisation.

Your account

• Give us accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us at support@tabler.ai straight away if you think someone else has used it.
• Tabler is for professional use and is not intended for anyone under 16.

Teams and roles

Work in Tabler belongs to a team. Owners and admins decide who joins and what role each person has, and are responsible for keeping that list right. Anyone you give a role, or send a view-only share link, can see what that access allows.

Your content

What you and your team put into Tabler (projects, charts, entities, photos, sources and notes) stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run Tabler for you, including showing it to the people you share it with. We do not sell it and do not use it to train AI models.

You are responsible for your content and for having the right to hold it. Research often includes information about other people: you confirm you have a lawful basis to collect and use it, and that you will handle it in line with the laws that apply to you.

Acceptable use

Do not use Tabler to:

• break the law, or help anyone else to;
• harass, stalk, threaten or unlawfully surveil anyone;
• store material you have no right to hold;
• get into accounts, teams or data that are not yours, or test our security without our written permission;
• interfere with the service, or overload it with automated traffic.

We may suspend access that breaks these rules or puts others at risk. Where we can, we will tell you first.

Plans and payment

Plans and prices are set out on our pricing page or in an agreement with you. Paid plans are charged per editing seat; viewers and share-link readers are free. If a plan's price changes, we will tell you before it applies to your next billing period.

The service

We are improving Tabler all the time, so features will change. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of anything critical: you can export any chart, with its photos and sources, at any time.

Ending your use

You can stop using Tabler at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end or suspend access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms. Before an account closes for any reason other than misuse, you will have a chance to export your work.

Disclaimers

Tabler is a tool for organising research. Conclusions drawn from a chart are yours: we do not check the accuracy of your content. To the extent the law allows, Tabler is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim relating to Tabler is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date above, and for significant changes we will tell account holders by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Tabler after that means you accept the new terms.
